Seafood Fundamentals Cooking Class with Chef Kacey White

Kacey White of the "Preserved Tomato" along with her partner & husband Charles will instruct us on how to "shuck" an oyster, the versatility of shrimp, how to filet & cook a WHOLE fish. Did we mention you get to eat the fruits...well seafood of their labor? Kacey & Charles give hands on instructions and Cotroneo's Wine & Spirits will taste out lovely wines that pair well with seafood! What an amazing way to spend a Thursday evening. Cost is $55 person.
